Your Health Visitor forms part of your primary healthcare
team alongside your GP, District Nurse, Community Midwife and
Practice Nurse. Health Visitors see people at home and the
surgery and hold a well baby clinic on Thursday afternoons
between 2.00pm - 4.00pm.

If you are confined to your home and need
assistance then your doctor can arrange for a Community District
Nurse to call.

One of the Community Midwives will be at the surgery on
Wednesday afternoons from 1.00pm to care for mothers before and
2 weeks after delivery. Midwives can be contacted through
the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital on 01843 225522
ext 62114.
