Antenatal
Clinic - Wednesdays from 1.00pm
Patients are seen by the midwife at
the clinics by appointment and also by the doctors during surgery
hours. We have access to in-house ultrasound facilities.
Asthma Clinic
This is run by the practice nurse in conjunction with the doctors by
appointment only.
Baby Clinic
We have a drop-in clinic run by the health visitor on Thursdays from
2.00-4.00pm.

Counselling
Referral to counselling can be made after initial consultation with
a doctor.
Diabetic
Clinic
This is run by the practice nurse in conjunction with the doctors by
appointment only. The practice is approved for starting and altering
insulin in-house.
Family
Planning
Contraceptive care is provided by all doctors and the practice nurse
during normal surgery hours. The practise provides all methods of
contraception including Copper coils, Merina and implants. A female
doctor is also available.
Flu
Vaccination
An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for patients
with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes, or residents of
nursing and rest homes.

Minor Surgery
The practice carries out minor surgical procedures by appointment
and the doctors will be happy to advise you on this. We are approved
by the PCT to carry out minor surgical procedures and joint
injections for patients referred from other surgeries all over Kent.

Immunisation/Vaccinations
Please make an appointment at least six weeks prior to your holiday
with the practice nurse to ensure adequate cover.
Well Woman
Clinics
This clinic is run by the practice nurse for smears, postnatal
checks and discussion of women's health issues. Dr. Gabriel, a
qualified Gynaecologist and an approved gynaecological provider for
the local Primary Care Trust, is available to replace prolapsed
vaginal rings, perform difficult smear tests, endometrial biopsies,
remove small cervical polyps and manage abnormal blood loss.
Referred patients may be seen from other clinics. We also have
access to an ultrasound facility.
