NEW PHONE SYSTEM

We listened to you our patients and we are now developing our phone system.
We are now adding a choice menu when you call the surgery to direct you to the staff member who can best help with your enquiry.

Choice 1 Reception / appointments

Choice 2 Prescriptions

Choice 3 For results available after 2pm

Choice 4 For your GP secretary enquiries

Choice 5 For the practice manager

We are starting a 3 month trial of a text reminder system for next day appointments for those patients with mobile numbers. This is to try and reduce the amount of DNA (Did not attend) patients.

New service

Physiotherapy is now available at the practice every Tuesday. As a patient with any mobility difficulties where the appropriate treatment would be to have an assessment under our Physiotherapy service can now are seen in the practice. For referral to this service please book an appointment with your GP to discuss further.

New Building

Our new building is now at the crucial stage of development for the start of the construction to begin in January 2012.
The plans and design of the building will be posted in our waiting room shortly.

FLU CLINICS

Our Flu Clinics start Friday 23rd September from 2pm - 5pm and continue every Friday afternoon onwards until further notice. To see who is eligible for a flu jab visit NHS choices.

We can provide in house languages of Czech, Slovakian, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Russian, Arabic, French, Italian and German.
